• Developed and Reviewed technical submittals including early, advanced and final design stage
drawings and calculation reports.
• Consolidated and compiled MEP work packages of different disciplines by producing BOQs,
responsibility matrices and final tender packages to be sent out to market for bidders.
• Conducted technical evaluations of subcontractors bids including supply chains, resource
allocation, risk assessment and mitigation plans. Making sure that bidders fully understand the
scope of each package, its time and cost restraints and work quality that is to be expected from the
stakeholders.

• Supervised the engineering, construction and testing of the project wide infrastructure networks of
Substations, Medium Voltage, Low Voltage, Communications and Street Lighting.
• Led the planning and execution of backbone fiber optic cable pulling and splicing.
• Supervised the completion of electrical technical rooms, overseeing panel installation, cable pulling
and termination. While coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and several subcontractors.
• Coordinated the installation of Fire Alarm Systems, and its integration with ventilation/ smoke
management systems, emergency lighting, public address, voice evacuation and access control.
• Oversaw and coordinated the integration of Roller Coasters vendors with electrical design team
and relevant authorities.
• Drafted and issued official correspondence to stakeholders and subcontractors, ensuring clear
communication in alignment with contractual obligations.
• Drafted, issued and gained approvals for Technical Material Submittals and Method Statements.
