Participates in the process of recruitment. Includes handling of personnel requisitions, screening applications, conducting preliminary interviews, coordinating with line managers for applicant interviews, processing selected candidates for employment, sending out reference check letters, arranging employment medical tests and examinations, visas, etc.
•Implement recruitment processes and procedures for requests to hire, posting positions, advertising vacancies, screening applications, interviewing, testing, selection, reference checking, preparing job offers.
•Becomes familiar with Company policies and procedures to ensure accuracy when answering questions and inquiries of the candidates.
•Receives applications in response to announced vacancies or seeking employment; sorts them by Job Description specified for each position vacancies.
•Reviews personnel requisitions received from departments to determine whether or not the request is within approved manpower budget.
•Participates in conducting screening interviews and makes arrangements with employing departments to interview and select the qualified candidates.
•Conduct references checking of selected candidates previous employers or direct supervisors.
•Arrange SKYPE, VCI and face to face interview for all short listed candidates by HR team and end user department as well.
•Participates and attends interviews and provide high level of evaluation strategy for all candidates.
•Assures that the candidate’s recruitment documents are completed before interview based on company recruitment guidelines and candidate checklists.
•Initiate and extending official job offers to all selected saudi’s direct candidates.
•In charge for onboarding formalities for both direct and contractor employees.
