• Support in utilizing all recruitment recourses (recruitment agencies, e-recruitment, direct sourcing...etc.).
• Support in ensuring smooth Onboarding process for newcomers.
• Initiating and achieving Termination/Resignation processes.

Onboarding Dep
• Build onboarding process
• Welcoming new employees including senior, GM, and VP Levels
• Create a program for the onboarding
• Developed the onboarding workflow
• Coordinating the entry of employees coming from outside Saudi Arabia by providing drivers, housing, etc.
Operation Dep
• Reviewing and editing contracts for employees
• Working on creating interactive excel to control & organize the status of employees’ contracts
• The human resources representative receives invoices for remote consultants in various countries Government Relation Dep
• Communicate with companies to request a no-objection letter for incoming employees
• Negotiating with VFS to make an agreement with the Royal Commission
• A representative to communicate with the Saudi Consulate if necessary.
