-In coordination with Department heads Design and update employee's KPIs including competency framework
in line with company strategic direction and functional objectives.
-Handle the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate
completion of the appraisals (e.g. forms and templates, communications).
-Provide training and guidance to departmental staff, senior managers, members on performance and service
improvement.
-Conduct Training Need Analysis for all departments to ensure that all key positions are having a clear career
development plan.
-Design and implement in house training courses in all regions, and develop the training materials with the
assigned trainer.
-Coordinate with department heads to plan and schedule needed external training programs.

-Design and manage planned In-house Training Program provided to midmanagement and key positions in
the company. The program was conducted in 2017 in Finance and interpersonal skills modules. The training
materials were prepared in coordination with the Finance General manager and Human Resources General
Manager. The program was conducted by September 2017 in Jeddah, Riyadh and Al-Khobar.
-Design and manage customized Training Programs based on Training Need Analysis (TNA), concerned
department's needs and Performance appraisal recommendations.
-The company's representative to Human Resources Development Funds (HRDF). Managing all HRDF
activities, including linking newly hired Saudi Staff to the HRDF system and issuing and claiming invoices.
Managing the training courses provided by HRDF to the company's employees.

-Managing the "Saudisation Talent program", the program focuses on hiring Saudi cooks and food servers
and train them in hospitality and Restaurant Management modules, during their probation period in the
training center.
-Conduct all the recruitment stages for Saudi hires.

-Managing the daily employee retention activities and conduct a weekly retention report to the Human Resources Manager.
-Analyze and conduct monthly turnover reports in order to be submitted to executive management.
-Build job satisfaction & motivation programs, such as Building, conducting & analyzing the employee satisfaction surveys; and participate in career Path planning in terms of Compensations and Reward.
