responsible for recruiting PDP’S at the East and North province of the Kingdom for the company. help to recruit and place appropriate candidates to meet the manpower needs of the Business and Functional Units. Contacting the new Candidates, follow up with them until the day of signing the contracts. Familiar with the contracts and offer letters. coordinate with concerned departments to assess their manpower needs. Familiar with the SAP system. Follow-up on medically unfit employees and excess manpower. Maintain recruitment and placement database, keep update and generate / issue required reports accurately company wide. TRAINING COURSES
Assist the departments thru the Business Administration college in their tasks related to their finance, shortlisting and recruitment.
Interacted directly with customers at various departments of the Company (specially the Sales Dept) hence gaining a general understanding of the entity’s operations.
Researched departmental operations and processes across the organization.
Obtained a degree in Business Admisitration, with a focus on Finance and Business Management. Worked on many projects and assigments related to the field.
Continue my education and obtained a certificate of complettion and passing the English Language Programe (ELP) to be eligible to enroll in the university.
