• Analyze manpower needs and establish recruiting strategies to meet the AEC staffing Plan.
• Review, select, and evaluate resumes and supporting documents, and conduct interviews to determine an applicant’s ability to perform the specific position requirements.

● Assisted the Recruitment Manager in timely preparation and submission of required statistical data & reports.
● Screened CVs received from recruitment agencies and walk-in applicants and ensuring the adequacy of information provided.
● Conducted different types of interviews; Knock-out Interview, Panel Interview, One to One Interview.
● Coordinated with recruitment agents to ensure timely and accurate recruitment of international candidates.
● Prepared Approval Forms, Employment Offers, & other recruitment documents for final approved candidates in accordance with the Policy and Procedures as well as the approved Salary Scale.
