Managing all onboarding activities and organizing orientation programs.
➢ Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy.
➢ Design and conduct training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance.
➢ Identify and analyze training needs.
➢ Design and develop training courses or strands of an L&D program.
➢ Build up and implement Talent Programs to support UCA departments (ILDP)
➢ Prepare the annual operating plan.
➢ Conducting interviews with mid & managerial-level candidates and selecting suitable candidates as per
departments’ requirements.
➢ Drive recruitment activities against KPIs such as time to fill the position, and quality of hire with low costs.
➢ Meet on a monthly basis with department managers to discussmanpower plans and requirements and
current/future needs.
➢ Supports employer branding strategy.
➢ Ensures recruitment policy and procedure are implemented and followed to maximize recruitment standards.
➢ Build a sustainable hiring plan aligns with business strategies.
Responsible for managing overall recruitment activities from sourcing to hiring.
• Conducts initial interviews, and competency-based interviews, and maintains a strong pipeline
• Check candidates’ background before offering them (Criminal check, medical check, and reference check)
• Job Advertisements on the available web portal. (Bayt, LinkedIn, social media, etc.)
• Building recruiting channels and Attracting talents through several professional network channels
Maintains recruitment plan implementation as budgeted.
• Ensures recruitment policy and procedure are implemented and followed to maximize recruitment standards.
• Provide necessary support on other HR projects that include talent acquisition
➢ Responsible for local & overseas recruitment procedures and communication with overseas recruiting agents to
process work visa stamping.
➢ Conducting interviews and shortlisting suitable candidates as per department requirements.
➢ Maintain the CVs database and keep them as references for any upcoming openings.
➢ Salary negotiation and other benefits with candidates.
➢ Preparing HR orientation & new employee initial exposure program.
➢ Complete the documents: Confirming new employee joining documents are completed and processed.
➢ Following up with departments for the duration of three months’ probation period assessment.
➢ Conducting exit interviews
➢ Preparing final monthly's employee reports Saudization, headcount, turnover, services period, recruitment, and
separation.
