Provide an effective planning, scheduling exaction, control of the process of ordering raw material and finished pump parts.
• Providing PMC manager and supervisor with clear, time line of all operations results and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and track all production performance of parts manufacturing and support machining area.
• Provide all preparation and creation of manufacturing drawings and material specification.
• Support PMC buyer with part specifications with right quality and Keeping track of material inventory.
• Creation of work orders and schedule releases of work order to designated work centers.

• Prepare new projects with technical and commercial proposals.
• Attend clarification meetings with clients and site visit for all new projects.
• Monitor the biding progress of the project and apply all changes of orders for current project.
• Supervise and update the project manger with project status and biding timeline.
• Preparing material take off list and send RFQ to all approved suppliers/ venders.
• Reviewing and studying tender documents, ISO drawings, scope of work, client`s requirement and BOQ specifications.
• Preparing pricing schedule for work unit rate for all miscellaneous equipment, labor, and composite assemblies.
