Planning, supervising, and coordinating systems/applications development activities. Including, evaluating existing systems/applications to determine technical changes, prioritize projects, and manage the team’s needs.
Implements computer/mobile systems requirements by defining and analyzing system problems; designing and testing standards and solutions. Develop solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions. Provide reference by writing documentation. In addition to analyzing different use-cases (scenarios) of the systems, to make the
development mission easier. In addition, ability to develop wireframes to help and speed up the development process. apply testing techniques on past, current, under process systems. such as black box testing to improve data and system quality.
Solve organizational information problems and requirements by analyzing their needs and designing IT solutions. Determine operational objectives by studying business needs. Improve systems by studying current best practices, keeping myself and my organization up to date of what is new in IT industry. Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing requirements. Design and analyze requirements by implementing real use-case scenarios via full detailed reports and diagrams.
Create a complete system to coordinate the employees for their training courses. Generating reports for the department to figure out how the employee development goes. Coordinate with third party training institutions to be able to train the employees with a professional courses.
