•Support in managing architectural works and resolve technical issues.
•Review shop drawings, material submittals, calculations and POC.
•Enforce the project’s technical specification and applicable codes and standards.
•Provide technical consultation and guidance throughout execution phases.
•Create periodic progress reports.
•Aiding in interdepartmental affairs regarding architectural and design works.
Overall project supervision includes but not limited to:
o Planning, design and execution.
o Financial and expenditure control.
o Mentoring electromechanical works.
o Schedule and contractor performance.
Field training with the High Commission for the Development of Riyadh.
