•Collaborate with management and concerned stakeholders.
•Managing and leading all aspects of the assigned project operations (including resourcing, formal project controls, quality assurance and contractual requirements) in order to ensure that projects are managed in line with organization standards and delivered on-time/on-budget and as per the project case.
•Follow agile development methodology for software and systems development.
•Manage the entire products/services implementation cycle, i.e. create test plans for products/services analysis, initiate the process, and ensure efficiency.

•Used MS Office and Project to prepare the Project Plan and obtained funding and signature authorizations, prepared baseline scope, prepare cost estimates, schedule, project team, plan communication, managed risk and procurement plan and obtained signature authorizations.
•Cooperating closely with stakeholders and project sponsors and managing the development of communication plans in order to ensure that information is shared and stakeholder engagement facilitated.
•Follow Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Quality system to commit with Develop project plan, schedule and estimations through planning phase.
•Identifying risk areas and immediate/structural obstacles impeding successful project implementation in order to minimize risk, take corrective actions/escalate wherever required and ensure successful project implementation.
•Handling needed procurement documents (PO, PR, RFP, RFQ, BOQ, quotations, proposals, contracts…. etc).
•Follow up with vendors for project-related constraints and receive vendors performance feedback from project assistants.
•Accomplishes human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
•Handling and approving Employee’s (work schedule, time sheet, assessment report, Vacation plan, recognition and reward system, conflict management…. etc).
•Monitor execution of activities with managers and other concerned internal and external stakeholders.
•Monitor and control all project activities, hence issue status report which record project progress, performance, significant deviations, measurements and analysis.
•Determine and take necessary corrective actions to address issues, schedule, milestones and risks, and obtain sponsor approval for major corrective actions.
•Approve changes related to project time schedule, budget or resources and ensure implementation and documentation.
•Oversaw Implementation, verification, and formal project closure acceptance sign off.
