Preparation of the Estimation sheets and proper calculation of dry cost, direct and in-direct costs.
Maintaining ISO documentation, Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank records.
Must be capable to generate Manpower histograms and project program of works using MS Project and Primavera as per the tender requirements and understanding.
Delegating Draftsmen for quantity take offs, cross checking quantities.
Must be capable to do the technical write ups for all submissions and assisting in compiling of the final tender documents and files. Technical Support Duties:
Must have a sufficient experience in the implementation operation and maintenance.
To be qualified for the design, plans and specifications for ITS, Smart systems, Automated Car Technologies, Smart Police Technologies related to safe city solutions and to be able and expert in installing and executing those systems.
To manage a project from engineering, programming, integration and system development aspects starting from reading
the project specifications and concept design documents, preparing technical submittals and shop drawings, negotiation and approving all projects materials with the client/consultant engineer, installing all material and equipment’s on site, up to handing over and commissioning the system, In close coordination with the Project Manager and Sr. Project Engineer.
Must be qualified and expert on project implementation and have a very good skills to manage a team and execute the assigned scope of work as per the End-user specifications and regulations.
To have an experience in the ITS systems and projects planning and design, transportation, Automatic Incident Detection, Artificial Intelligence related systems will be an advantage.

Be aware of the importance of conformance with policies, procedures and with the requirements of the integrated management system.
Be aware of the significant environmental and health and safety aspects/hazards of their work activities and participate as required in the development and implementation of control measures
•Conduct regular hardware testing using available technology and testing tools
•Verify that the proposed final product follows best practices for enterprise systems is within cost guidelines and meets required specifications
•work efficiently in a demanding multitasking environment with changing priorities and challenging deadlines
•provide technical guidance, with regard advanced and legacy security systems products, solutions and technologies, including: CCTV;ACS;radar;fence-mounted, buried-fibre, coaxial and microwave-based intrusion detection;video content analytics;thermal, long-range, and panoramic cameras;C2/PSIM applications;X-ray scanning;under-vehicle scanning and ANPR
•be accountable for developing conceptual, preliminary and detailed design for complex advanced integrated security systems.Designs generally utilise security solutions from a collection of 3rd-party subsystems and components, and must take inaccount functionality, interoperability and interfaces both within the system and outside systems
•support the Sales and Bid Team by technically qualifying opportunities and making recommendations on solution practicability, quantifying risk, and authoring technical bid content
•provide input the estimation team for costing (BOM, BOQ as well as materials and manpower)
•provide accurate instructions the CAD team for drawings
•work in cooperation with the project management team paying close attention budget and schedule allocation and constraints
•interface with the on-site project delivery team providing technical guidance and ownership of the design, qualifying and incorporating field-derived changes
•build enduring relationships with key customers and technology partners
•develop, maintain and disseminate knowledge of existing, new and proposed products and services available within the security market place
