Instrumentation and control installation Project in Khobar RO Plant 2 the Client ACCIONA:
Project for I&C in AL-Khobar, RO Plant Phase 2 where we installed 2, 167 Flow, Pressure, Temp, and analyzer
instruments with cables, DCS cabinets, and transformers.
* Managing on an ongoing basis the integration of the project cost control, schedule, and progress management
systems in order to ensure they remain aligned and consistent together.
* Monitors and manages the project baseline to make sure that the activities are occurring as planned - scope,
budget, and schedule - and if there are any variances, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
* Follow up with team daily progress to make sure that all tasks are completed as planned.
* Effective stakeholder communication through weekly meetings and daily progress reports to maintain good
relations and make sure the project meets expectations.
* Preparing invoices as per progress report and site Inspection report monthly.

Installation of Smart Water meter with AMR coverage system the Client NWC and MEWA:
Installation of 46, 000 DIEHL AMI AMR Smart water meters with Radio Data Concentrators throughout the Eastern region.
* Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and Subcontractors and collaborating with senior
engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.
* Establish, maintain and build healthy client relationships.
* Analyze the data received from the subcontractors at site every day to keep the execution under control.
* RDCs Programming the communication system from DIEHL transfer reading to the NWC billing system.
* Supervising the implementation, the Verification test for Flow Meters during commissioning stage.
* Monitor and Analyze the alarms and errors during the maintenance and operation period.
* Ensure compliance with the requirements of the contract.
* Driving the financial and cost input to support the preparation of Change Orders and/or Claims.
In charge of installing and fixing industrial equipment such as CNC, bogies test stands, springs, damper tests,
storage machines, mobile cranes, and ABLOY key security system installation and programming.
* Prepare the after sales services (Installation, Testing and Commissioning, Training).
* Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
* Supervising technical staff.
Reading the bids and AutoCAD Construction drawings, and project proposals.
* Send RFQ to the supplier to get the pest prices.
