Planning Management/Project Cost control management:
• Prepare & submit pre-tender technical submittal/project proposal & present to the Client/Engineer/Main contractor.
• Prepare contract master schedules (Clouse 14 program, EOT and Etc.), and submit for client approval.
• Participate planning work shop with client/engineer.
• Make sure/Monitor the weekly, monthly project progress reports are being submitted on time as per the project requirement.
• Prepare and monitor the project cash flow & progress ‘S’ curve and submit the defined KPIs to the management.
• Coordinate with project managers for preparation of labour histogram and provide the planned manpower and then monitor against the actual.
• Monitor the schedule and cost performances, forecast if any variance/delay and regularly review and report to the management by reflecting the most updated information and current trends.
• Evaluate the subcontractor’s programs, do the necessary analysis, discuss with the project team/ sub contractor and incorporate within the project program in line with project requirement.
• Direct, coordinate and supervise the planning engineers assigned to the projects.
• Review and approve the schedule prepared by site planning engineers and guide them for timely submission.
• Prepare the project procurement procedures and implement to the project.
• Support project manager’s decision-making process by providing required information.
• Plan organization wide resources and advice/decide with the higher management for any recruitment/hire if required.
• Create a schedule/cost/risks awareness atmosphere among all projects participants/stakeholders.
• Record/Monitor the delay event with identified reason for the delay and prepare the required Time Impact Analysis and submit for approval if any.
• Coordinate with project manager, prepare and submit revise/recover program in line with Contract requirement and submit for approval if any.
• Prepare the dashboard and present to the senior management.
• Prepare and submit the monthly executive report for the internal projects progress meting
• Ensure reports required by the client and internal management is being regularly issued.

Cost Control Management:
• Prepare the internal control budget(PM budget) and submit for higher management approval.
• Prepare/submit the company departmental budget requirement to the higher management.
• Evaluate the subcontractor proposal and submit for management approval with the co- ordination of procurement department.
• Review the vendor proposal/RFA (Request for approval) & ensure that it meets the technicality & budget, also advice for any value engineering option or change order requirement to the project operation team/procurement department.
• Establish the overall projects CBS and relevant coding system to meet all cost control requirements.
• Update the budget Vs actual and identify the variance and KPIs and forecast the CTC.
• Prepare the Cost Value Reconciliation report by incorporating entire cost element including variation orders, actual expenses and advice for any corrective action to the management.
• Ensure the timely update of Monthly/quarterly cost forecast and the associated cash-flows.
• Direct and supervise the quantity surveyors & cost control engineers assigned to the projects.
• Monitor/advice for ERP/e-Promise system updates and implement for any new requirement

Prepare cost & resource loaded construction programs - BL, TC, Look Ahead Program & etc. Monitor & analyze the progress of various projects received from site planning engineers. Reporting to Director for any forecasted delay of any target dates and issue the delay notices. Liaise with Design/Purchase dept. & make sure the shop drawings/ materials are submitted on time. Prepare the entitlement program for EOT claim. Participate technical submittal for new tenders/project proposal. Prepare/submit the dashport report for each projects to Director. Integrate/Co-ordinate MEP activities/services within the civil construction program. Participate progress meeting and present the progress to the stake holders.

Prepare cost & labour forecast and monitor against actual at site and submit earn value report and cost to complete report to the management. Keep record of trend changes and submit change orders/variations works. Prepare and submit the monthly valuation/payment certificate. Review subcontractor PC and report to management for their approval.

M/s. BK Gulf LLC. Dubai UAE. - UK based company specialist in MEP works. I assumed duty as project planner and then promoted as project controller/coordinator of the project of Ikea, Hypermarket & Atrium in Dubai Festival City, Dubai, UAE.

Project base planning engineer scope mainly preparation of Clause 14 base line program, monthly/by weekly look ahead program, subcontractor program and testing & commissioning program. Monitor site progress against BL program & prepare progress report, EOT analysis if any, and submit to project manager’s/engineers review.

Co-ordinate and find solution for MEP related issues with client via main contractor. Supervise, co-ordinate and carryout variation works issued by the Client. Closeout the MEP comments raised by inspectors via IRF’s, NCR’s, Material Submittals, Drawing Submittals and the snags were rectified and closed. Carried out final handing over of completed MEP work and the variation work as per the contract closeout procedure

Tech Waters (Pvt) Ltd. Colombo Sri Lanka. The company is specialized in swimming pool, water treatment, sewerage treatment & filtration plant in Sri Lanka. I was in charged for the projects operation and performed the following duties,

In-charged for design & construction of swimming pools, swimming pool equipment and MEP services istallation, & Commissioning. Design, construction & installation of water treatment plant, water filtration plant, sewerage treatment plant & industrial waste water treatment Plant. Maintenance of swimming pool, waste water treatment plant, water treatment plant & the filtration plant. Liaise with marketing division, for sales and marketing the company’s products of swimming pool equipment and swimming pool chemicals. Liaise with finance department and arrange the budget and prepare the project cash flow. Prepare the final budget for the project and the cash flow and the cash flow analysis and submit to the managing director. Prepare the tender proposals and submit to the client with the co-ordination of the managing director. Liaise with procurement department and get the required material and make sure the site works are being function smoothly. Maintain and guide the MEP department for the betterment of the company. Coordinate with other departments and arrange the projects requirements and complete the project within the time & the budget.

M/s. Rajab & Tayeb Co. for Trade and Industries, Riyadh, K.S.A.
Involved in design, supervision and erraction of plumbing system & firefighting system for high-rise building, (Specially hospital building), material procurement and supervision of all mechanical related works such as HVAC, water supply system, sewer system, medical gas system, etc. Also in charged to check and supervise the electrical works with the co-ordination of sub-contractors.

M/s. Saudi Tumpeny Co Ltd.. K.S.A. where, I was in-charged to do the operation, maintenance and Trouble shooting of mechanical/electrical instruments such as generators, dry pit sewage pumps, and submersible pumps in a sewage treatment plant and lifting stations. And also worked as a maintenance engineer for water supply and Sewerage collection system in the city of SAFWA in Dammam, Eastern city of K.S.A.
