Responsible about SAP project implementation in ( Project Dep) & ( preparation for bidding & Evaluate contractors
Part of the manufacturer team for the expansion of Line 4 project. Including Production line selection & utility equipment study and selection.
Developing project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with management.
Reviewing & comparing the bidders.
Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements.
Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards, completing technical studies, preparing cost estimates.
Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, sequencing project elements.
Reviewing project schedule plan with contractors to calculate our time requirements, sequencing project elements.
Reviewing material submittals to check if it’s meeting our specifications.
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, resolving problems.
Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes, recommending actions.
Controls project costs by approving expenditures, administering contractor contracts.
Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions.
Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.

Responsible about doing our safety study (fire protection requirement) with coordination with consultant office.
Supervising the Upgrading of our Firefighting systems accordingly with Civil Defense & Jamma requirements.
Reviewing Materials submittal by comparing to NFPA Standard.
Installing the new firefighting pumps and commissioning.
Installing deluge sys for LPG and Diesel tanks, and commissioning
Installing Fire beam detectors.
Working on preparation of new centralized fire Alarm System for the whole Plant.
Working of preparation of new fire suppression system for all electrical rooms.
Responsibility in Infrastructure
Supervising construction, Installation of new sewer & storm water & asphalt projects.
Testing and operation of the flow of the storm water system.

I join to work as Maintenance Mechanical Engineer in corrective and Preventive Maintenance in (CO-Generation Plant).
Responsibilities:
During the commissioning I monitor and coordinate with Construction Company to witness the plant starting up & checking if meeting the requirements of the owner.
Responsible for Design our workshop & follow up About Installing new Fuel Gas filter, Fuel by Pass & coordinate with contracting company to assure the accuracy of work & to meet the Specific time.
Conducting Daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance checks and follow ups of rotating equipments and machines, to avoid unexpected failure.
Auditing usage of spare parts & disposable materials, and accordingly placing orders to ensure conducting Preventive Maintenance on schedule time with minimal idle stock. Reconciling audited stock reports with the accounting department.
Interacting with Material supplier & Evaluating supplier bids, to identify suppliers offering quality materials at budgeted rates.
Responsible for establishing the main root for ( Maximo “MRO” Operation & Maintenance Repair Software) in order to do JOB PLAN I have use the PLANT KKS Number (from the manufacturer), & specify the equipments location, parent of the equipment, Location Code. & Identifier of the manufacturer.
Responsible about the Implementation of Maintenance (Inspection procedure) for all of the Mechanical Units in the plant.
Design Managing & arranging the installing of the close cooling water system analyzer& finish it on target time.
Supervising technicians, managing contractors with suppliers & Maintenance group, supervising the team work for repairing the HRSG and interacting with manufacturer Project manager.

Plant ▪ Worked on reviewing the stress analysis calculation for the new 48”, 36” & 60” seawater discharge lines using Caesar II software. ▪ Worked on data collection, drawing search, and review of existing drawings for project Central A/C Plant Energy Conservation Studies. ▪ Worked on the preparation of isometric piping details, piping plans and sections, stress analysis calculation using Caesar II software, material take-off, review of material submittals, and safety instruction sheets.
