Ensure PMO alignment to organization strategy
Work with executive management to define and prioritize projects
Capacity planning; Identifying and allocating required resources
Provide visibility on projects status, costs, issues, risks, etc.
Liaison with other department heads for PMO work
Collect and consolidate projects data and analyze it for effective decision making
Mentor project managers
Review and constantly improve PMO processes
Provide guidance on PMO processes and procedures

Project management duties included:
o Scoping & planning
o Prepare project charters and plans
o Project execution, monitoring and controlling
o Resources allocation, documentation and formal closure
o Maintain and communicate overall project status to internal and external stakeholders
Participated in setting the office policies and revising the standards
Delegate tasks to team members, coaching and training
Participate in defining and documenting business requirements
Coordinate project with requirements gathering, design, development and QC teams
Prepare periodical progress reports
Risk Management Services
Understand Basel 2 accord (operational& credit risk)
Assisted in writing operational risk policies
Risk based audit (compliance testing)
Update clients with latest market data
Execute market orders
Help clients in technical& fundamental market analysis
