- Monitor all systems proactively to ensure production services are working properly and effectively as per agreed service level agreement (SLA).

- Managing Microsoft servers and platforms (Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange and IIS)
- Proactively monitor performance and availability of systems and services in daily basis to assure systems healthy, prevent incidents and provide performance and availability reports monthly.
- Insure the proper implementation of MoFA Security policies and remedying systems vulnerabilities.
- Deploy security patches on monthly basis as per patch management policy
