• Focal point of the customer from inquiry until closed the invoice.
• Distribute the project to team members as per the load.
• Identifying resources, requirements, assigned responsibilities and coordinate with project staff to ensure successful completion of project.
• Attending the Weekly Progress Meetings at site or customer & client offices.
• Attend Operation & Sales meetings by daily basis.
• Ensuring all drawing, procedures, submittals, and calculations are submitted to the client for review and approval.
• Maintain tracking sheet for each project including all project details.
• Manage Release in SAP and reflecting the changes in delivery status.
• Project schedule by monitoring project progress by reports, (Such As daily/weekly/monthly reports) and submitting delivery and fabrication status reports to High management regularly (weekly/monthly).
• Controls project plan by reviewing design, specification and schedule changes if require and providing necessary recommending actions.
• Traced and resolved critical issues to minimize project risk factors.
• Maintains project database in terms of records (soft and hard copies) of all approved drawing and submittals and other essential documents and all MOM during project.
• Provide support to other department (Sales & Marketing, Costing, Engineering, Production, Fabrication, Planning, Procurement, Q/C, Shipping, Finance).

• Searching for new customers for pharmaceutical and chemical waste
• Create order as per customer requirement
• Submit disposal schedule
• Create achievement certificate ( disposal certificate )
