- Expand the business within Saudi Aramco different departments.
- Realign and reorganize the business unit to suite the new requirements and to be in-line with the company policies.

- Prepare the budget forecast, manpower needs, training, and logistics.
- Lead the communication within BV global network for the Key Accounts business.
- Identify new key accounts and the whole process starting from introduction, pre-qualification, till invoicing and payments.
- Lead & manage the tendering process, contract negotiation & signing, project management, resource identification, selection and allocation, attend progress meetings and resolve any related contractual matters, till the completion of the project.
- Ensuring that all documents, procedures, and work instructions are inline with the QMS for auditing purposes.

Major Achievement:
- Manage MSAR 25+ business portfolio for the Key Accounts contracts for key clients projects.
- Flip the financial stand in the Aramco projects by converting the 4 years losses into profit within 6 months only.
- Identify the reason for consecutive losses in Aramco running projects and manage to close it totally.
- Achieved a 23% growth in Revenue.
- Manage a team of 50 Inspectors and 4 back office employees.
- Reduce the inspectors rejection rate in Aramco projects to be less than 8% while it was above 60% before.
- Successfully mentor the training of 5 Saudi Fresh Graduate Engineers and get them pass the training program and eventually become an independent full time inspectors in Aramco projects.
- Secure new types of operational projects contracts in Saudi Aramco within one year.
- Successfully negotiate and secure long form contract with Sadara Project.

In-charge to manage the company’s GIS (Projects Inspection) and Lifting Equipment contracts with Saudi Aramco where inspection teams are deployed at different Projects of Saudi Aramco Inspection Department.

° Attending job explanation meetings, project review meeting, and any other related meetings with Saudi Aramco in order to discuss/resolve in issues in the contract.
° Prepare/submit the tender packages for projects.
° Manage the company's inspection teams deployed at Saudi Aramco projects.
° Conduct the technical interview for the proposed inspectors and coordinate with the proponent from Aramco side for their acceptance.

as of March 2011 I was given an assignment by Saudi Aramco to lead/supervise the project inspection team at site ans my duties are:
• Provide technical support to construction Project Management and Proponent in resolving problems concerning inspection methods and procedures of completing work within the scope and intent of applicable codes and standards.
• Work together with the Project Management Team and Consulting Services Departments to resolve any technical problem, developing & improving the current and procedures to make them compatible with codes and standards used in other Industrial areas.
• Managing all team issues related to Project Inspection, Logistics, KPI, Performance monitoring, ID’s & orientation for new commers….etc

Inspection Engineer (Welding/Mechanical) under the GIS contract in Saudi Aramco Additional Capacity Phase II project at Rabigh, Yanbu, & Jeddah Bulk Plants. and my responsibilities are:

• Monitor and randomly examine materials to be welded (before-during-after), welding consumables, joint preparation, fit-up, equipment, and completed welds for conformance to Saudi Aramco standards and procedures, and the applicable international codes. Ensuring that weld traceability is maintained for the duration of the project such as weld maps, weld numbers, ndt status/report no., repair standing (if required), and welder's identification.
• Interview & approve the contractor’s QC’s.
• Monitor & perform inspection on the fabrication & construction activities of storage tanks.
• Review the project Quality Plan.
• Coach the project engineers, QC’s, and others on how to use Saudi Aramco Quality Management Information System & e-logbook.
• Perform material and equipments receiving inspection at construction site to ensure it's within tolerance grade and quality specified and they are properly stored in a suitable place.
• Monitor the contractor’s inspectors and quality system to ensure adequate performance and compliance with the Saudi Aramco quality requirements.
• Review of welding procedure and welder qualification and preparation of welder job clearance certificate.
• Witness performance of pipe cleaning/flushing by air blowing and/or water flushing & witnessing the hydrotest & evaluate the test packages prior to commence the test.
• Ensure that surface preparation, coating & painting process for the job will be preformed as per the requirement.

independent Mechanical inspection Engineer for various clients in all types of oil/gas scopes or industrial projects, Raw material inspection, fabrication, testing, and assembly at vendor shops.and my responsibilities are:

• Raw material inspections for key clients which includes but not limited; various types and grades of stainless steel, carbon steel, plates, pipes, flanges, valves, fittings, gaskets & fasteners. structrual steel, gratings & plateforms.
• Inspection of GRP/GRE pipes, fittings, and storage tanks & witnessing servival or burst tests.
• Perform inspection and witness tests of various materials and equipment at manufacturing facilities, vendor shops, and at construction site to verify compliance with the company/client standards and codes, specifications…etc.
• Witness of various mechanical & corrosion tests at various approved laboratories including tensile, bend, charpy impact, hardness, macro, and hydrogen induced cracking.
• Witness the required NDT, hydrostatic testing & evaluate the test packages prior to commence the test.
• review NDT reports and interpritation of RT films for the completed welded joints.
• Refer to international standards/codes such as ASME, ASTM, and API …etc or client standards/specification as working guideline and acceptance criteria.
