Responsible for project management plan, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects to deliver the project on time within budget and to the Clint's expectations. As well as, responsible for designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and schedule. Monitor work completion with site Manager through selection suitable place inside substation and give final decision. Ordering materials from supplier and Make inspection. Coordinating and supervising construction worker through out the project.
Responsible for project management plan, management direction, project completion,
client satisfaction, and financial outcome of assigned construction projects to deliver
the project on time within budget and to the Clint's expectations. As well as,
responsible for designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress,
schedule, Purchase order, materials, replaying comments to consultant, and checking
design drawing with design Dept.
Responsible for preparing all documents required by PM, and preparing daily, weekly and monthly site report to SEC. Preparing SEC progress invoice, RFI for all materials and sign it from Site Consultant and drawing control sheet. Following approval submittal from consultant and update it on AlSharif system. Dealing with supplier, subcontractor, Site Managers, government Dept. to get all approval. Preparing as build drawing with AutoCAD technician.
Material verification of all mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing & Firefighting) equipmentʼs,
ducts pipes and fittings as per approved material submittal and applicable
international Code/Standard Witnessing and sentencing of all site inspections within
their disciplines. Ensuring all received MEP materials handling, storage and
preservation is as per project specification requirements. Review of Project
Specifications and all the Mechanical Design, Shop and Coordination Drawings.
Preparation of Method of statement, Inspection test plan (ITP) and inspection checklist
(IC) for mechanical services. Making pre inspection with construction team on site.
Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are
current status. Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being
undertaken.
Set a clear project goal and objective with reference to contract. Direct people
individually and as project team. keep everyone connected with project informed.
Coordinated between project relevant stakeholders. supervise the progress and work
of project contractor. Empower and coach the project team in order to achieve the
target. Handover the project as planned
Responsible about Instrumentation zone for inspection and deliver spare Parts. Helping my PM in reporting and Preparing list of work daily.
