* Implementation and monitoring of developed sourcing programs and handling of commercial supplier issues.
* Meet target savings in the most cost effective, timely and quality manner required to support business objectives as well as seeking cost savings initiatives and opportunities to create competitive advantage.
* Analyze market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability.
* Represent the company in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers
* Develop and implement contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
* Participate in the development of terms and conditions with the suppliers.
* Resolve contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.
* Supplier relationship management.

Provide excellent customer service to accounts.
Represent client needs and goals within the organization.
Build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
