• Conduct tool box talk (safety, enhance the work).
• Be in Responsible for 5s for enhancing workplace and conducting internal audit.
• Regular participant of DUBAL suggestion scheme.
• Provide daily reports and inspections.
• Inspecting and supervising work zone area.
• Responsible for lifting equipment (arrange, inspect, repair, check the inventory) and coordinate with rigging department.
• Raise and edit notification from SAP application.
• Search and withdraw material from SAP application,
• Search for alternative materials to reduce cost.
• Conducting preventive maintenance.
• Assemble and disassemble equipment.
• Attending breakdowns with the deadline and having responsible to engage the equipment’s for reducing the waste time, in order to satisfy the customer (operation department).
• English courses from beginner 2 to intermediate 3
• Mathematics courses (basic mathematics, statistics, and linear algebra).
• Basics physics and chemistry.
• Technical courses on job training
• Team work.
• Monitor all running equipment and report for any abnormality.
• Operate the overhead crane.
• Mix the alloy as per customer requirement.
• Work with team to make sure reach the target.
