• Identify non-conforming work or materials, notify contractor and keep a record, and
monitor the closure process until completion.

• Identify potential safety concerns and immediately inform the contractor.
• Assist the site team in the external and the internal audits to ensure the effective
implementation of the quality management systems.
• Assist with the satisfactory close out of the project including snagging & desnagging
of the works and related documentation.
