• Participating in the annual corporate strategy plan and annual Business plan and doing alignment among the department objective with the corporate strategic objectives.
• Developing the Services Roadmap for Company.
• Developing the marketing strategies and the departmental annual plan with budget that guarantee the corporate strategic goals and objects and working with related department to have all necessary process and procedures that will diver the expected results.
• Develop and Communicating AWAL strategic Massage to the market
• Develop and managing the Marketing communication plan (advertising, PR, events) in line with corporate goals and objectives to position AWAL as a leading IT Services provider in the market with the targeted propositions
• Communicating the corporate strategy to all operational functions to have the same guideline and alignment with short term and long term objectives
• Alignment with Partners “current and potential” to develop marketing cooperation that enhance AWAL position in the market through different co-branding marketing activities:

• Implementing services development approach through detailed Services Description documents
• Administrating the service development team including IT, Network, Sales, communication, Fin, launching plan with communication for all related departments, with services KPI’s, procedures, forecasting
• Evaluating services and sales report, drafted periodic reports pertaining to department performance and submitted to the upper management for future decision- making.
• Organized training sessions for new/ existing staff, provide training document of new services to all related departments.
• Release Approval of Sales & Communication Plan.
• Representing the core services department in the exhibitions locally & internationally.
• Launches services ( SAWA HAJJ Service, EIR Service, Multi Sim service, Marketing Researches, E-Payment Projects through (Banks, Retailers, Top Up, E-Voucher, Credit Card through Web Site…).
• Establish the first Business office in Jeddah.
• Set the sales plan and develop the sales pipe line with data base.
• Approached potential clients in the industries and promote the services.
• Managing the customers relationship and database.
• Communicate with marketing department the competitors offers and new services.
• Develop the sales reports to manage the sales target per services per industries.
• Fallow up with related departments the customers complains..
