- Ensure proper performance and effectiveness of systems and demonstrate adequate planning of Smart Building, and low Current Systems including, but not limited to, security systems - such as CCTV, access control, smoke and fire detectors Access, and audio visual systems such as streaming systems, audio and video conference, public address etc.
- Supervise activities and ensure the proper implementation of the related low current systems. Ensure the regular verification, implementation, maintenance, and functionality of the low current system with the service teams.
- Ensure the installation, maintenance and monitoring of systems status. Validate system functionality by executing the operational checklist in order to ensure that all equipment is present and working properly and handling the projects to the costumers.
-Manage post sales services and maintain the relationship with the costumer.
- Identifying and working to remove barriers to successful completion of the overall project, with particular emphasis on resolving issues with the customer.
- Providing timely project status updates to the Project Managers submitting
Creating and tracking contracts, Teams Quotations, purchase orders, and complete project.
- Serving as primary point of contact with costumer representatives and functional consultants on overall strategic and technical project matters
- Handling all correspondence between general contractor, and our management.
- Find and maintain prospective clients
- Provide general technical support to clients
- Manage direct sales and promotional activities in view of reaching sales budgets
- Regularly conduct market studies and collect the required data related to competitor activities
- Maintain good relations with existing and develop new potential customers
