Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies and maintenance of inventory.
Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees; assign workloads to warehouse workers.
Receive, unpack, pack, load, issue, store and deliver materials, supplies or equipment; complete packing slips for shipments as assigned.
Route, schedule, pack and prepare orders for delivery; load vehicles; schedule and oversee deliveries and pick-ups.
Supervise the processing of requisitions and requests to invoice for
reimbursements of warehouse codes; complete requisitions for needed materials to assure adequate stock levels.
Prepare and maintain a variety of records and logs and prepare reports as required; maintain inventory of items in the warehouse; file records as required; supervise the assembly of inventory printouts and catalogs as required.
Monitor automated warehousing system; operate a computer to enter data, correct errors and control key screens as required.
Operate and demonstrate use of specialized warehouse equipment as necessary; assure proper and routine maintenance and servicing of warehouse vehicles and equipment
bserve health and safety regulations; maintain warehouse in a clean, safe and orderly condition.
Assist management in establishing warehouse standards and procedures; advise of budget-related needs; assist in the bid process for various supplies as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintain regular attendance.
Experience in using WMS such as SAP, LFS to do receiving, posting, picking and loading.
Handle basic work duties, such as answering and directing phones, responding to student inquiries, maintaining student records, financial records, data entry and reporting.
Answering questions and finding information for students, tuition fees, duration of study, courses, graduation certificates.
Supporting students by facilitating communications and interactions between instructors and learners and between students and the educational administration.
Directing students about how to apply for technical programs to transfer a technical degree into a bachelor's degree.
Developing and implementing new policies and processes.
Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
Screening, recruiting, and training sales employees. Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.
Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.
Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
Overseeing all supply chain operations.
Organizing and managing inventory, storage, and transportation.
Analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures.
Reviewing, preparing, and routing purchase orders.
Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.

Liaising and negotiating with suppliers and retailers.
Answering customer inquiries.
Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.
Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.
Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays orders that have been rescheduled.
Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
