Business technology department was formed towards the company vision of ICT. The major products under our development was mobily private cloud (Hosted managed services), Enterprise cloud-IAAS (virtustream), SIP trunks, websites, Exchange (Hosted managed collaborative services. My major role involved
 Planning the Infrastructure resources for existing, probable and incoming tenants/ customers.
 Managing and preparation of infrastructure (HMS, VS & HMC) Capacity forecasts. Be inline with the business team for probable/prospective clients and plan capacity accordingly.
 Manage and maintain the KPIs (availability, backup success rate) of infrastructure operations team
 Prepare and maintain various MIS reports (forecasts, kpi reports, ITSM)
 Version controlling. Plan, implement and Manage the vmware/vcenter upgrades.
 Storage capacity planning and keep a sharp eye on the service dashboard to manage and maintain storage KPI.
 Project management. Currently managing the project to activate node 3 for virtustream (Enterprise cloud).
 End to End RFP, RFQ management.
 Maintain Liceenses and support contracts.
 Manage service assurance team.
 Participate in Infrastructure secuirty audit and co-ordinate with the operations team to close any non confirmaties.
 Manage ITSM process mainly closing of critical incidents, chamge management, problem management and capacity management.
