During my Bachelor’s studies in Computer & Network Engineering, I worked on several technical and applied projects focusing on AI, computer vision, networking, and embedded systems. Key projects & activities include: • Developed an AI-based Fire & Smoke Detection System using computer vision and deep learning, capable of detecting fire stages, smoke, human presence, injured individuals, and emergency exits in real time. • Built an intelligent firefighting drone that analyzes fire scenes, estimates occupancy, suggests evacuation routes, and supports emergency decision-making. • Implemented real-time video analytics using YOLO, TensorRT, and edge computing platforms. • Designed and configured networking labs including routing, switching, OSPF, HSRP, and network security concepts. • Worked with embedded systems (Raspberry Pi, ESP32, Jetson platforms) integrating sensors, cameras, and alert systems. • Developed alert mechanisms (email/SMS) and monitoring dashboards for real-time incident tracking. • Awarded 1st place at the College Graduation Projects Exhibition for an innovative graduation project. • Qualified with my project to the finals of the world’s largest hackathon, the Tuwaiq Absher Hackathon, recognized by Guinness World Records for achieving three world records. These experiences strengthened my skills in problem-solving, system design, AI deployment, and real-world engineering solutions.
