In my current role I am responsible for the following activities:
• Analyzing the local KSA Lubricant Market with the objective of meeting sales targets.
• Managing Lubricate Sales Team for overall Sales in Region.
• Achieving Sales Target for defined range of Lubricants.

• Developing Sourcing Strategies.
Handled quality control & Inspection of Diesel Generator sets as per quality plan at assembly & sub assembly Testing which includes the calculation of various parameters like brake load, specific fuel consumption, Gen set controls functioning tests and troubleshooting. Inspection of Fuel pump calibration & Final dispatch which includes ensuring the D.G set as per supply order form.
Handled Assembly Testing and Quality Inspection of various Diesel Generators, control panels, engine wiring, relays, bus bar which includes HV testing, routine tests etc as per specifications
Experience in ERP software application including J D Edwards & Oracle.
Handling the third party/customer inspection of Engines & canopied generator sets with control panels.
Handled incoming material inspection as per drawing and vendor development
Handled the Quality, production & technical support assistance for sub contractor.
• Responsible for closely monitoring sales revenues, sales projections of customers & developing major account proposals.
• Leading a team of 30 sales representatives
• Responsible for budgets and expenditure forecasts
• Coaching New Trainees
Started working as a Telephone Interviewer and was internally promoted to as a Quality Control
Monitor based on performance. Responsibilities Included
managing and controlling the quality and quantity of calls in a call centre based
environment,
providing IT solutions in-house and field interviewers,
providing online IT support, installations and IT guidance to the field interviewers.
Conducting telephone Interviews with business leaders and members of the public.
Reading a questionnaire in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
Provide feedback on questionnaire design as required.
Ensure responses are recorded accurately.
