 Reporting to the Treasurer; responsible for budget and business planning of OLT and FB.
 Directing strategic initiatives of the bank's unit in the field of online trading and financial brokerage.
 Managing Islamic shares, Murabaha financing and facilities against shares and R/E properties cross collaterals, foreign investor relations and custody services.
 Designing marketing plans to increase unit’s products and services utilisation by customers and improving revenue.
 Drawing up the risk mitigation matrix to control risks associated with business functions and operations.
 Developing new approach to enhance clients’ interactivity and awareness of virtual banking - online trade services.
 Managing bank’s trading accounts with correspondent banks, active financial markets and clearing houses.
 Establishing partnerships/alliances with third parties for introduction of new services to enhance marketing of bank's overall products and services.
 Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and mandated requirements of bank ORSA, Central Bank of Kuwait, Kuwait Stock Exchange, Kuwait Clearing Company and other governmental bodies.
 Planning manpower requirements for the unit and assessing respective staff training needs.
 Tasked with ensuring business continuity during implementation of Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP).

 Reporting directly to the Head of eBanking and to Acting DCEO - Retail banking since July 2009.
 Joined as senior supervisor in Mar 2007 and promoted to Assistant Manager in Oct 2007.
 Headed the online trading and financial brokerage functions and acted as bank authorised personnel/representative in Kuwait Stock Exchange, Kuwait Clearing Company, US markets as well as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Egypt and Qatar securities exchange.
 Managed accounting, back office operations, investment financing (trading and non-trading purposes) and custody services as well as bank trading and investment accounts with GCC, Egypt and US markets.
 Administered the shares transfer process through bank accounts, foreign investor relations investment activities and custody services.
 Secured credit lines and trading settlement limits for VIPs, corporate and foreign investors through the bank credit authorities.
 Coordinated account opening, maintenance, training programmes and online trading corners within the bank’s 25 branches.
 Designed, developed and implemented US, Kuwait, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, Doha and Muscat stock exchanges and was involved in the development of remaining GCC and other regional stock exchanges.
 Performed FX deals for AUB international trading accounts.
 Managed e-settlement product in cooperation with Kuwait Clearing Company (KCC) and Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE).
 Supervised daily loan-to-value monitoring process jointly with Risk Management Division.
 Prepared budgets related to online trading and financial brokerage unit.
 Prepared monthly revenue reports for management.

 Acted as the single point connection for the B2B division as well as technical support consultant for online trading division.
 Captured new relations from the GCC and MENA institutions.
 Implemented white label projects for the foreign investors/institution clients such as Ahli United Bank, Bahrain and Ahli Bank, Qatar.
 Facilitated online trading solutions for foreign investors.
 Served as a system/portal customiser and also performed FTB transactions.
 Developed order routing processes for KSE, ADSM, DFM and US markets as well as systems in cooperation with system provider in Austria.

Trading Online in (Stock, Forward, Odd Lot, Option) For KSE Market and also for US Markets added to Dubai & Abu Dhabi.
