Key Result Areas:
Creating checklist, method statement etc. identifying potholes and resolving them with help of team.
Take off quantities and comparing with BOQ, if any variance conveying the same to estimation
department (QS) and procurement department for necessary amendments.
Preparing daily reports & procurement plan and ensuring execution of work as per the IFC drawings and
project specifications.
Material tracking, BBS tracking, Concrete Pouring Scheduling, and schedule tracking making reports of
the same and submit to the concerns.
The key essence from this project is to how well one should mitigate the complete change in productivity
standards due to unforeseen physical condition such as contamination, dealing with live existing services,
dewatering methods etc. the idle time and production recovery was the key to solve the compounding
time aspect.
Surveillance, NCR/ audit compliances are accepted by appointed agency within schedule and signoff
punch lists.
Ensure project completion report has incorporating lessons learnt during project execution. Material
Reconciliation, Hand-over documentation, and as-built dossier to Contractor.
Handled Brownfield civil works
Supervising the scope of construction activities, providing technical inputs for methodologies of
construction & coordinating for site management activities
Coordinating with the HSE Department to develop training programs related to traffic
management/contaminated working conditions /working around heavy machinery/working at height
From project baselines, monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment,
time overruns and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects
Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant - machineries and equipment’s.
Resolving technical issues with employer’s representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory
authorities
Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed
deadlines.
Supervising and counselling junior or trainee engineers.
Executing of project activities with utilization of available resources and allocation of the same.
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the
work of any subcontractors.
Implementing cost saving measures to achieve reduction in terms of man days and production rate.
Handling Subcontractors like providing them work fronts and coordination with other contractors to
open the new work front without interfering with their work Area.

Adhering to IFC drawings any discrepancy found raising RFI and reporting same to concern department
and reporting internally about the variance on cost and time.
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems in site during the site execution
for the
Maintenance Works for the Commercial and Government Building
Final Year Project was partial replacement of cement with rice husk and sugarcane bagasse.
