with approximately 1500 employees
Responsible for developing and delivering Talent Strategy aligned with business objectives. Provide a
unified HR face and create strategic talent management programs to improve workforce motivation and
performance in business. Building the Talent Agenda for business, which includes HR strategy, programs,
processes, and services. Effective collaboration with HR COEs to address and ensure seamless delivery.
Below are some of my Key Responsibilities:
 Planning and execution of recruitment for assigned Business Unit & guide the leaders in budgeting
& optimizing the current pyramids.
 Assist Business Unit in informed decision-making with help of analysis like Attrition, Governance,
Learning penetration, EWS coverage, and EWS accuracy, Employee fund utilization, PIP, disciplinary
 Driving Talent Management by communicating and orienting(managers’) on performance

 Manage promotions & compensation, performance incentives and merit increases and ensure
compliance to pyramids & budgets.
 Drive and partner with L&D team in creating and executing training needs for clusters with
