• Lead and oversee Site Operations of HSE (Health, Safety, Environment, Sustainability), Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Food Safety, Technical Affairs, Projects Management Unit & Manufacturing Excellence to Ensure Organizational compliance with Policies, Governmental Regulations & International Standards Codes.

• Reviews with Site Leadership Team, management & shopfloor teams the implementation and execution of Manufacturing Excellence Programs.
• Develops Site information reporting systems, consolidating and reporting key statistics daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly & annually.
• Manage development and progression & provides support as required to Site Teams, Departments in order to be in compliance with Organizational Goals & Objectives. Leads improvement initiatives by education and training programs.
• Manage assigned departmental staff ranging from recruitment, selection, performance review, training and development.
• Lead and Manage Site Rewarding & Recognition System.
• Lead & Manage Special Business Assignments as per Business Strategies Dynamics.
• Internal ISO Systems Auditor.

● Responsible of Managing efficient operation and maintenance of site including mechanical maintenance, electrical maintenance, instrumentation maintenance & calibrations, control systems & automation, Utilities Plant Operation & maintenance.
● To manage the efficient provision of site including steam generation, power generation, water production & distribution & other utilities & maintain utilities equipment’s & vehicles/handling equipment to enable plan production target to be achieved. Ensure safe handling & storage of all site fuels.
● Organize and supervise the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within consistent with operating procedures, standard and policy.
● Preparation, planning, coordination and execution of Plans, budget, OPEX, CAPEX and monitor financial performance.
● Recommend improvements to policy and direct the implementation of instructions.
● Plan, coordinate & execute maintenance plans, inspection schedules and annual plant shutdown.
● To identify and organize plant replacement and contribute in decision making on replacing, purchasing and repairing for plant equipment.
● Plan, Supervise and contribute in the implementation of projects to ensure that the project cycle is completed.
● Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of section systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
● Supervise the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet the requirements and to be in compliance with policies and standards

Responsible of Managing efficient operation and maintenance of Utilities Plant including High Pressure Power Steam Boilers, Process Boiler, Steam Turbines, Power Generation, Diesel Engines, Compressed air System, Desalination Plants, Water De Mineralization Plant, Cooling Water System, Waste Water Treatment Plant, Carbon Dioxide Plant & other utilities.
Achieving necessary service levels & budget cost targets whilst observing Dept./Plant KPI’s, environmental, safety & product quality assurance standards.
Ensure both efficient operation & maintenance of the Utilities Plants.
Ensure efficient maintenance of handling equipment and vehicles including Wheel Loaders, Track Loaders, skid steer loaders, Diesel forklifts, LPG forklifts and Pallet stackers.
Significant decision making responsibilities, makes decisions on purchase & repair of plant & equipment, Budget planning, CAPEX preparation and execution, Overtime, discipline & authorize the bringing in of contractors to undertake repairs and Planning & execution of annual shutdown;

Technical Trainee in Aircraft overhaul and repair facility performing aircraft component overhaul on a wide range of Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, Electrical and Fuel System components.

The overall objective of the summer training program is to gain exposure to aeronautical & mechanical engineering profession. The program enabled to gain valuable practical experience, develop job-related skills, enhance engineering knowledge acquired in class through field experience.

The summer training program under the supervision of Royal Saudi Air Force- Maintenance Squadron C-130 aircraft. The program covered structural repairs, Turbo Engines, Workshops, NDI, Avionics and Engineering office.
