• Mainly dealing on Japanese spare parts, i.e. TOYOTA, LEXUS, NISSAN, INFINITY HONDA, and MAZDA Cars etc. Both genuine and duplicate parts (Dup-1, Dup-2).
• Mainly we deal with Service parts and also Engine Parts.
• Preparing reports for sales and marketing and maintaining expense accounts.
• Explaining how a part functions, demonstrate proper use of equipment and provide advice and installation instruction to customers.
• Performing updating and maintenance of accounts of customer including contact names and numbers for future sales.
• Providing product quotes to customers as needed.

• Determining the correct replacement or spare part for a customer by inspecting the old part, having the customer describe the problem and searching catalogs for stock numbers and prices.
• Scheduling appointments, meeting existing customers in order to review product requires, and to determine other opportunities.
• Preparing Quotations, Purchase Orders and Sales Report.
• Consult with customers about service needs or their wants.
• Receive customer calls of requests for products and services.
• Troubleshoot products and services to best fit their needs and expectations.
• Designing professional demonstrations or presentations of company products or services while on-site.
• Enhancing up to date knowledge on new products, procedures, services and tools by attending departmental and training meetings
• Routine checking of Cash, Invoices and Receipts.
• Filling and organizing all documents, maintaining Document Control Database (Documentum).

• Keeping up to date on new products, services, procedures and tools by attending training and departmental meetings.
• Preparing Day book, Petty Cash Book, maintain daily Sales Report.
