• Responsible to undertake the repairing functions offered out at the showroom
• Test the working of the watch and find out the nature of the damage
• Identify the cause of malfunctioning and remove broken /damaged parts
• Provide clients with an estimation of the repairing time and cost
• Dismantle the watch carefully without disrupting or damaging the parts
• Set the actual time for the watches and clocks brought for repairing
• Repair different varieties of watches and restore them to its original conditions
• Remove the glass frames carefully, if damaged and replace them with new ones
• Replace the used up batteries with the new ones
• Oil the moving parts to reduce friction and improve agility of the parts
• Ensure the watch is assembled back to its original state
• Help the clients in purchasing new models of watches
