* Successfully lead and coordinated migration of infrastructure from one domain & data center to another domain & data center.

* Develop, maintain and perform operational procedures and ensure operational tasks are performed reliably and consistently to reduce the risk of unplanned outages.
* Evaluate new system hardware and software solutions and monitor the emerging technology like Microsoft Azure related services.
* Supervise technical staff including training and evaluation. Guide or provide work direction to technical staff.
* Lead and worked on core IT infrastructure and systems projects (design, deployment and administration of MS SQL for various applications, MS SCCM for OS deployment & patch management, Exchange 2013, Storage solutions, Backup solution, VMWare solutions, etc.)
➢ In addition to assisting IT manager in day to day duty, which involves identifying key improvement area, planning ERP upgrade, budget preparation and other related tasks, as a person in senior technical role, following day to day tasks are also being performed.

➢ Provide support and troubleshooting for Concept 500 Facility Management application, application level and database level, which is using SQL Server 2008. Design, implement and modify Concept 500 workflows as and when business requires it. Design and build
reports using Crystal Reports and Microsoft SSRS.
➢ Provide first line of support for Microsoft Dynamics GP 10.0 and CRM 4.0 on application and database levels. Design and build custom reports using Microsoft SSRS for GP 10.0
➢ Provide training to users on Concept 500 and CRM 4.0
➢ As a team leader in IT division, led installation of Cisco servers, NetApp storage devices and virtualization of whole server architecture.
