As Assistant Manager and “Commercial In-charge” of 5 numbers projects and I have completed Masters in Commerce, Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)/ MBA (Finance) and completed the Complete Financial Analyst Course in March-2020, also having 11 years working experience in Billing, Collection, Accounting, Finance & Commercial Activity.
Roles & Responsibility:
• Strategic planning and execution of billing, invoicing, and meticulous payment follow-up to consistently meet monthly collection targets.
• Managing the comprehensive commercial spectrum for the five significant projects, ensuring adherence to statutory compliance encompassing VAT, TDS, C-Form, WCT, and GST-related obligations.
• Facilitating seamless coordination among multiple agencies for timely billing processes, liaising with Project Managers, Clients, and Accounts for efficient workflow.
• Handling submissions of Bank Guarantees (ABG, PBG/CPBG) to the Client and overseeing the fulfillment of terms and conditions for the timely release of guarantees.
• Conducting Material & Consumption Reconciliation and managing the process of Provisional, Final Time Extension, and Post Contract amendments.
