Lead and direct all facets of supply chain management of the STYLO Group including, but not limited to, procurement and sourcing of direct and indirect materials, logistics and distribution, warehousing, inventory management and control, material forecasting, capacity planning, financial costing, as necessary for materials support to all STYLO Companies.
I am responsible for developing and implementing Supply Chain strategies and processes to deliver best in class performance excellence by ensuring efficient ‘cost-to-serve’ ratios, order fulfillment quality compliance
I am providing leadership and direction on a cross functional basis. Relationship management with principals, customers, suppliers and service providers is an extremely important and mission-critical dimension. Responsible for 300 strong supplier base both locally &International in China &Thailand. I manage an approximately spend pool of $50 million in Purchases and dept. expense $0.5 million annually. I also have countrywide responsibilities to consult on manufacturing excellence of all vendors for STYLO.
•Lead the Operations which include Soap making, Packing, PuR and VVR.
•Responsible for the Site Operation’s PQCDSM Results on PDCA Format.
•Managing more than 100 people (via Work and Development Plan, Succession Planning, Salary planning, Performance Tracking, R&R)
•Ensure continuous improvement in all areas of operations.
•Instill amongst all employees company’s Vision, Mission, Culture and Quality Objectives.
•Ensure Total Quality Management to meet and exceed customer’s requirements.
•Develop and oversee Budgets, plans and programs to ensure the optimum utilization of available equipment, space, facility and human resource necessary to attain manufacturing objectives.
•Critically review and monitor operating results and to specifically update and recommend to Management on issues affecting Quality and Profitability.
•Develop and priorities tactical plans to assure achievement of operational goals.
•Optimize production capacity in relation to finished goods inventory requirement.
•Assure maintenance of product standards through vigilant administration of high manufacturing standard, employee awareness and training programs, adherence to high level of housekeeping standards etc.
•Assure competency and continuity of managerial and specialized personnel are fully capable of achieving management and manufacturing objectives through training and motivation.
•Provide positive employee relations to ensure the achievement of productivity objectives and maintenance of high morale at all levels within the workforce.
•Formulate, develop and implement policies and action plans to maximize production.
•Develop strategic vision for operations direction and performance requirement to align with Company’s mission and objectives.
•Perform any other related duties as Management may require from time to time.
•Executing operations manufacturing strategic plan and aligning it with general plant strategy.

Drive and support cross functional initiatives and continually enhance performance through consultation, collaboration, projects and support activities, including, but not limited to resource planning (e.g. manpower, equipment, fuel, etc.), organizational design, supply chain management, customer engagement, innovation and long term planning.
Job Accountabilities were:
•Business Strategy-Support and enable the delivery of a 3-5 year business strategy and prioritized strategic plan for the business unit.
•Business Improvement Projects- Identify, recommend and implement business improvement projects and initiatives to deliver the strategic business plans.
•Key Performance Indicators- Ensure department KPI’s are developed and aligned to the strategic plan. Participate in the Senior Management meetings of departments and ensure that business performance is monitored and regularly communicated against agreed targets. Influence, agree and ensure that there are action plans to address underperforming KPI's.
•Long Term Plan- Ensure the presence of a Long Term Plan within specific business departments with a particular focus on the Manpower Plan. Collaborate and partner with the business, and other relevant business partners (HR, Finance, etc) during budget discussions to jointly deliver and maintain a 3 year rolling plan.
•Best Practice and fully informed of industry standards/ processes and inspire the adoption of best practice through continuous challenge of status quo to enable effective management of growth.
Lead the ranking of vendors on the basis of Vendor Infrastructure, their Production capacities, Inventory and Transportation facilities.
Support the Sourcing department by improving the production capacities of 150 local shoe manufacturing industries all over the Pakistan (Lahore, Karachi, and Faisalabad).
Develop and Implement the Plan of execution of TQM tools at the supplier end.
Make the long term family relationship Plan with vendors which support to excel in the market.
Lead the Localization Project of New Models in Pakistan.
Co-ordination with Honda Motor Japan and their Design Dept. (HGA) regarding implementation of projects and Design Change parameters.
Complete study of engineering drawings as per Honda Motor Company Japan Codes and standards.
Divide the parts according to their manufacturing conditions into Plastic, Sheet Metal, Machining and casting etc.
Ordering the vendors to develop the parts after the detail study of constraints in their premises, manufacturing process capabilities and their production capacities.
Involve during preparation of BOM (Bill of material) as well as the detail costing of parts, by keeping in mind the TDC (Total Delivery Cost) of motorcycle.
Follow up the vendors regarding fabrication procedures, calculations, Development as per our specifications.
Ensure the availability of all the parts checked by Honda Part Quality Department (Inspection Reports, Mill Sheets, Process verification sheets etc) for the Proto type Production of motorcycle.
Analyze the condition of developed parts after endurance; Remove the discrepancies by repetitive practice of improvement at vendor end.
Perform the Quality Evaluation Check of vendors along with the Japanese experts to ensure the production by fixtures and supply by Final Inspection Jigs for smooth assembly of motorcycle on line.
Responsible for the Quality of New Models for a certain span of time during Mass Production.
As Research And Development member, trained the Plant employees for the new models assembly
Technical Support to;
Vendors to ensure the mass production by time study of their processes.
Quality Dept/assembly plant to follow the standards operation /Store to make a clear demarcation between parts of different models
