 Involve during preparation of BOM (Bill of material) as well as the detail costing of parts, by keeping in mind the TDC (Total Delivery Cost) of motorcycle.
 Follow up the vendors regarding fabrication procedures, calculations, Development as per our specifications.
 Ensure the availability of all the parts checked by Honda Part Quality Department (Inspection Reports, Mill Sheets, Process verification sheets etc) for the Proto type Production of motorcycle.
 Analyze the condition of developed parts after endurance; Remove the discrepancies by repetitive practice of improvement at vendor end.
 Perform the Quality Evaluation Check of vendors along with the Japanese experts to ensure the production by fixtures and supply by Final Inspection Jigs for smooth assembly of motorcycle on line.
 Responsible for the Quality of New Models for a certain span of time during Mass Production.
 As Research And Development member, trained the Plant employees for the new models assembly

 Vendors to ensure the mass production by time study of their processes.
