Troubleshoot software and hardware related issue on over 20, 000+ workstations throughout the petroleum company.
Monitor and resolve technical requests of the business users using Manage Engine ticketing system.
Support and administer network hardware and peripherals, such as routers, switches, and multifunction printers, with the aim of optimal uptime and performance.
Monitor and escalate ICT incidents and requests within an ICT incident management system, following ITIL V4 compliant infrastructure, with a viewpoint to resolution.
Manage users account creation, deletion, security groups on active directory using PowerShell scripts and manage software licenses and subscriptions.
Install network printers and configure uniflow print management solution on canon printers across EACH.
Manage network shared drives access to users and retrieve data from Veeam backup in case of accidental deletion of files by users.
Communicate with the vendors to provide optimal network connectivity across EACH site's and monitor the network traffic using Zabbix monitoring tool.
Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, document problems and resolutions, prioritize problems, and assess impact of issues.
Perform bulk operating system deployment using SOE and applications deployment, patch management and remote management via RDP.
Assist the team with the ongoing maintenance of IT hardware and provide training to new staff in accordance with ICT SoP guidelines
Perform initial troubleshooting, problem analysis and isolation of network and system events in accordance with incident management guidelines.
Manage new users' licenses on Microsoft 365 admin center and implement retention policies on user's mailbox.
Create document libraries for new SharePoint sites and assign permissions according to permission matrix.
