Overview:
worked on Overall Planning, Execution, Implementation and Evaluation of infrastructure activities of "Master Plan For District DI Khan Vision 2035".
The Master Plan Included different sectors such as,
Structural Plan/ Zoning, MANAGEMENT of Natural Hazards (Floods), Sewerage and Drainage, Drinking Water Supply Schemes, Roads & Transportation, Environmental, Social sectors, Active and Passive Recreation, Irrigated Agriculture and Water Management, Water Logging Control, Productive Sector, Health & Education.
Also planned and implemented 'District Beautification Plan 2015' which included construction and rehabilitation of green belts, parks, monuments, center media of roads, street pavements, biological garden and preservation of historical and archaeological buildings.
Accomplishments:
Prepared The Master Plan and Beautification plans. And as Administrative City Engineer i have implemented, executed, monitored, assessed, evaluated and implemented many projects of the above mentioned sectors in the perspective district. These project included the following;
Construction, Renovation and Rehabilitation of Government Institutional, Recreational and health buildings.
Provision & Rehabilitation of DWSS in DI Khan Cum Tank city of DI Khan Division.
Construction and rehabilitation of Farm to Market Roads in Village Kech, Moqeem Shah and other villages of DI Khan.
Rehabilitation and construction of Bilateral water channel along the Farm to Market Roads. Inter and intra-city roads. Installed and rehabilitated sewerage and drainage of the interior city. Constructed and paved the streets.
Construction and Rehabilitation of Besaki Football Stadium DI Khan.
Installation of solar street lights and Construction of Street Pavements in DI khan.
construction of boundary walls for Graveyards.
construction of Parks and greenbelts along with provision of orchid plants on center media of roads.
Major Responsibilities:
1) Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Verifying the Infrastructural activities of "Integrated Master Plan for District DI Khan Vision 2035" and District Beautification Plan 2015".
2) Overseeing and Ensuring timely completion of Infrastructure Projects/works both Qualitative, Quantitative and as per standard prevailing practices.
3) Providing technical assistance and other capacity building interventions to reduce capacity gaps by interfacing with District Administration, different Governmental Departments and Non-Governmental Organizations.
3) Established good interpersonal relationships within the Administration, Proactively built effective working relationships with Donars, Implementing Partners, Developmental/Departmental Authorities, Contractors and the Communities.
4) Worked across multiple sites to;
* Provide advice and technical support on all construction related. procurement;
* Conducted regular inspections and approvals of construction works.
* Delivered technical support to all Clients.
* Approved materials on request
* Over-viewed all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) issues during construction.
* Delivered technical assistance and capacity building interventions to NHA, DDA, Public Health Department, Irrigation Department, Education Department, GDP and Monitor their work by assisting IMU.
* Prepared Proposals and EIA reports.
* Produced work completion certificates.
* Provided accurate and timely activity based reports as per project SOPs: weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.
* Provided informatively, timely and effectively presented written reports/numerical data where required.
* Collected and evaluated contractors’ daily reports.
* Prepare statement of requirement (SoR) with Clients.
* Maintained project trackers.
* Reported incidents / accidents.
Responsibilities
Oversee the overall site activities of of 7 km Elevated Metro Bus Track.
Verifying the Surveys
Ensuring the Quality and Quantity according to the specifications.
Inspecting the site activities as per standard prevailing practices.
The site activities included;
* Construction of pre-stressed Girders
* Concrete Batching and Chilling
* Piling
* Construction of Pile Cap, Pier Shaft, Canopy & Transom of over head Metro Bus Route and stations.
Planning, Estimating, Designing and preparing building drawings,
preparation of shops & market drawing.
