• Perform routine maintenance to determine
damages, repairs and replacements.
• Support in developing preventive maintenance.
• Plan, coordinate and execute renovation projects.
• Ensure that building structures and all mechanical and electrical systems are in good and safe conditions
• Ensure that engineering team uses equipment safely and efficiently to avoid accidents.
• Mange all expenses within the allotted budget.
• Prioritize, plan and assign daily work duties to engineering staffs.
• Order and stock the maintenance supplies to avoid any shortages.

Study and Estimation Projects Department:
• Site visiting to identify the mechanical needs.
• Study project's specification and requirements.
• Study project's drawings to extract the needed

mechanical equipment.
• Pricing the extracted mechanical equipment (RFQ).
• Matching the provided equipment from the suppliers with the project needs.
• Selecting the most suitable quotation.

Commercial and Technical Department:
• Draw the maps of the facilities which includes (HVAC and plumbing systems and Electricity breakers).
• Installation of HVAC systems, Firefighting systems and plumping system.
• Checking the quality of the installed equipment.
• Making sure that the overall work is in compliance with the safety rules and regulations.

o Operation and Control Center Department (OCC):
• Receiving and checking the DSM, DSO and DSR for all stations.

o Operation and Maintenance department (O&M):
• Operation and maintenance for HVAC systems (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, CCUs)
• Operation and maintenance for Electrical system (Switchgear, RMUs, Transformers, DPs)
• Operation and maintenance for Water providing and filtration system (Pumps, Sterilizer UVs, Chemical dosing, MBR)
• Operation and maintenance for the Fire Fighting system (Pumps, Fire Hose Reels, Fire Hydrants)
• Operation and maintenance for Escalator and Elevator
• Operation and maintenance for Emergency Generators
• Operation and maintenance for irrigation system

Maintenance Department:
• Operation and maintenance for crane engines and generators.

Mechanical Department:
• Designing and Installing (Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC),
Firefighting, and Plumbing)

Mechanical Department:
• Hands-On training in The Gas Turbines unit
• Maintenance and Troubleshooting for GE and ABB Gas Turbines.
