Responsibilities & Duties:
 I am Technical sales engineer for eastern & middle regions; I have been reported by 2 sales engineers.
 Contact Customer and arrange meeting with him is my first step.
 Meeting Customer and making technical presentation for our products.
 Plant Survey (Fact Finding) to take all required measurements for installing our new products.
 Recommend new modifications (Create Need) for equipment to improve it technically.
 Preparing Technical and commercial proposals for customers.
 Following up delivery to customers.
 Following up installation for our products.
 After-Sale Services.
 Mainly all my customers are from Oil & Gas Sectors and mining Sectors Like; ARAMCO and all related companies, SABIC, MAADEN, Petrochemicals Companies. All of these companies are dealing with mechanical seals and packing in their pumps which are mainly our target.

Note: I am expert in lead generation.

My designation was Sr. Sales Engineer. Basically I contribute towards sales and marketing. I follow up with clients and prepare Techno commercial offers & provide services, and I also maintain the relationship with existing customers.
