- Review and Approved submittal of Shop Drawing, Materials, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Inspection & Test Plans, As-Built Drawings
- Attend Civil & Architectural inspections (WIR-Work Inspection Request, MIR-Material Inspection Request & Snag List) submitted by the Contractor.
- Prepare Site Observations report for the projects that being handled and submitted it to Client.
- Attend Weekly Meeting with the Client and Contractor with regards to all the overall progress, quality, safety and on-going submittals that needs to be discuss.
- Interface and integrate with all interfacing consultants and authorities, together with the Employer
-Review Contractors’ material or plant substitution requests and provide appropriate recommendations to the Employer
- Prepare draft responses to Contractors’ Requests for Information for The Employer’s approval prior responding back to the Contractors
- Respond to technical queries, clarifications and the like raised by the Contractor in coordination with the Employer technical team.
- Prepare Weekly Report for the projects handled that will be submitted to the Client (TRSDC).

- Inspection & witnessing that includes Survey, Civil Testing & NDT by 3rd Party for the construction of 6 nos. bridge structures (bored piling, precast girder, abutment, pier foundation & capping beams, diaphragms, deck slab, etc.), arch culvert structures & 21 Km. Asphalt Roads in compliance to IFC requirements & meeting RC Quality & Safety Standards;
- Review of Technical Document Submittals (ITP’s, Method Statement, Material & Shop Drawing); TQ’s & FCD’s on the assigned project.
- Review of monthly invoice submitted by the Contractor based on the approved RFI/HPR.- Participate in Monthly Quality (preparation of red-line “As-Built Drawings”, RFI, MRI & Test Results log sheet, etc.), Environmental, Health & Safety Audits to achieve more than 85% compliance score.
- Attend Weekly Meeting with the Contractor with regards to all the overall progress, quality, safety and on-going submittals that needs to be discuss.
- Prepare Daily Report, Quality Action Notice (QAN-min. 10 per week) & STARRT Card (twice a week), Safety Matrix (once a week) & attend Weekly Toolbox Talk Meeting to achieve “Zero” accident & “Zero” rework (REAL Card) and to complete the project as per schedule.
- Provide technical assistance, verification and guidance to the Contractor on any problem notified and encountered on the site.
- Assist the Resident Engineer in whatever the requirements at the project site.

132/33/13.8kV Electrical Substation & Transmission Line

- Responsible for Civil, Architectural & Mechanical (HVAC, Fire Figthing & Fire Alarm) inspection on Turaif 132/33/13.8kV Elect’l. Substation, Waad Al Shamaal 132/13.8kV Electrical Substation for Maaden Phosphate Plant, East Qurayyat 132/13.8 kV Electrical Substation, 132kV D/C Overhead Transmission Lines at Waad Al Shamaal Area - Route A (Residential) & Route-B (Phosphate Factory), 132kV D/C Overhead Transmission Lines from 380kV Waad Al Shamaal Substation to Turaif Substation.
- Responsible for Quality & “5 Star” Safety (SEC Requirements) at project site - Checking of submitted Invoices by the Contractor for monthly project billing.
- Involve in the Testing & Commissioning of Mechanical Services (HVAC, Fire Fighting & Fire Alarm).
- Involve in the project handover process including walkdown for Punchlist/Snag List item & monitor the status of closing the pending items for Civil, Architectural and Mechanical.
- Checking of the submitted “As-Built Drawings” prior to the approval and signing of it.
- Conduct regular meeting with the Contractor to discuss the overall progress, quality, “5 Star” Safety at their site.
- Prepare Weekly and Monthly Report for the projects handled (5 Nos.) to be submitted to the Civil Group Leader.
- Provide technical assistance, verification and guidance to the Contractor on any problem notified and encountered on the site.
- Assist the Civil Group Leader in whatever the requirements at the project site.

Doha Metro (Green Line)
*Al Rayyan & Education City (Al Shaqab) Station

- Study Contract documents, drawings and specifications.
- Supervise all the works carried out by Sub-Contractor (bored piling, excavation, anchoring, shotcrete, waterproofing, steel reinforcement, concreting & MEP Utilities).
- Keeps daily record of site activities and other relevant information which includes progress photos.
- The Project Engineer is responsible to ensure compliance on site with the Quality Assurance requirements of the project in accordance with the Project Quality Plan.
- Allocate specific responsibilities to the other Site Engineers in coordination with the Station Manager.
- Monitors the progress of the Project and in cooperation with the Station Manager identifies and takes corrective measures as necessary.
- Attend weekly meeting with the Sub-Contractor with regards to all the overall progress, quality, safety at site.
- Generally carry out any other duties assigned by the Station Manager

*KAFD-Financial Plaza (Site Coordinator / Procurement In-Charge)

- In-charge in the preparation of material submittal for Civil, Structural and Architectural to be submitted to Consultant/Client for approval.
- Prepares reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules as necessary.
- Prepares material take-off and forward the order to Procurement Department in the Head Office to purchase it.
- Sometime prepare Method Statement for the materials that had been submitted.
