Program Management and technical supervision of the Port Master Systems Integration Package (NPP0067) that comprises of (24) different systems.

• Developed and maintain a Document Monitoring System for CSRC’s and IR’s for easy tracking and reconciliation of documents.
• Reduced significantly overdue submittals pending with PMC from as high as 500 Drawings and Documents to less than 10.

Programme management and technical supervision of Electrical works;

Developed the Human Resource Information component comprises of the following modules: Employee Information (personal data, dependents, work experience, education, trainings, etc.), Leave Processing, Personnel Movement and Personnel Training, using Visual Basic 5 on an Oracle database.
