* The scope of accountability of the position covered the complete finished product logistics activities of all MPC plants at Ras Al Khair managing finished products dispatch planning based on production and inventory and adhering to approved material handling and logistics budget.
* Planned and coordinated marketing and sales activities for export materials, maintained inventory levels in DAP and ammonia plants, dealt with customs clearance, documentation and control as well as final product quality coordination with the plant.
* Worked with the marketing team to monitor and ensure achievement of sales targets for various products and ensured optimum inventory levels in the plant.
* Managed shipping coordinating with SABIC and Ma’aden for shipping coordination, communicating shipping schedules to SEAPA, coordinating with draft surveyor and inspection surveyor and arranged for customs clearance.
