* Participated in setting up new company branches dealing with site selection, drawings, designs and approvals and preparation of documentation.
* Established third party logistics (3PL) services including setting up of facilities and equipment, formulation of policies and procedures and development of business plans as well as marketing and pricing strategies.
* Provided all support services required for company branches in the Western Region including Jeddah, Rabigh, Yanbu and Madinah.

* The scope of accountability of the position covered the complete finished product logistics activities of all MPC plants at Ras Al Khair managing finished products dispatch planning based on production and inventory and adhering to approved material handling and logistics budget.
* Planned and coordinated marketing and sales activities for export materials, maintained inventory levels in DAP and ammonia plants, dealt with customs clearance, documentation and control as well as final product quality coordination with the plant.
* Worked with the marketing team to monitor and ensure achievement of sales targets for various products and ensured optimum inventory levels in the plant.
* Managed shipping coordinating with SABIC and Ma’aden for shipping coordination, communicating shipping schedules to SEAPA, coordinating with draft surveyor and inspection surveyor and arranged for customs clearance.
* Dealt with all aspects of documentation and control ensuring proper documentation of all ship records and developing a procedure for accurate documentation of all materials sent out of MPC.
* Developed export material handling plans coordinating with superintendents of phosphoric acid plant (PAP), sulfuric acid plant (SAP), diammonium phosphate plant (DAP) and ammonia plant to align export material handing requirements.
* Established scope of the export material handling section, defined objectives and performance parameters and set benchmarks and standards to measure and evaluate export material handling performance.

* Managed all exports logistics activities in the assigned onsite and offsite areas ensuring on time, safe and efficient execution of all operations adhering to standard operating procedures (SOP).
* Served as the point of contact between the management and operations and coordinated with all stakeholders including Saudi Ports Authority (SEAPA), third party contractors, transporters, shipping agents, surveyors and customs agents to deliver all predefined business objectives.
* Independently managed the assigned areas, developing plans, deciding on workflows and schedules, mobilizing and optimizing utilization of resources ensuring smooth and efficient operations as per approved policies and procedures as well as technical and operating standards.
