Operating a Total of five stores across Riyadh City managing them to operate well. Making sure the items are
reaching before opening and also making sure that there are no problems in the store from items, employees and
customers. Analyze problems on unselling items and trying to raise the sales cooperating with kitchen, logistics.
and store employees and the rest of departments to make the whole operation going smoothly for a better
customer service and satisfaction on daily bases
Assisting the Operation manager with his daily work getting specific tasks from him and working based on his
instruction. Communicate and managing the drivers to make sure the shipment is going to arrive on time,
filling the requested excel file with the shipment information, customer name, company name, the wight, the
responsible driver and the backup driver. Communicate with the employees checking the vehicle is in good
shape to deliver the items making sure GPS is working and driver is not stopping too much or leaving the
vehicle on while waiting while constantly reporting to Operation manager.
Operating the store making sure everything is displayed and ready for serving customers checking for
inventory making sure that everything is there and ready to use. Talking to the vendor and requesting the
needed items to operate the store while reporting store owners. Train the employees to serve the customers
perfectly making sure they come back, Checking the cash register every day and reporting for sales and
distress.
Serving customers and fulfilling their needs giving each customer the needed item to make the experience
better and creating loyalty. Cash handling making sure there in no shortages, checking items if they displayed
correctly to make a beautiful presentation and fulfilling the assigned task that coming from the store manager.
