· Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events,
publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their
accomplishments.
· Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners;
discovering and exploring opportunities.

· Work, collaborate and coordinate closely with mechanical/piping engineers and
instrumentation/control engineers to ensure the progress of the engineering
activities as per the project schedule;
· Review of project specifications, material requisition and client standards for
Process & Mechanical Design information;
· Prepare process calculations notes, mass balance, utility requirements,
hydraulic profile, PFDs, P&IDs, equipment and valves technical data sheets;
· Prepare resolution sheet to settle the unresolved (disputed) technical comments
on drawings/documents;
· Prepare the equipment’s general arrangements as per technical requirement,
specifications & recommendations received from equipment’s' suppliers;
· Assess options for plant expansion or reconfiguration by developing and testing
process simulation models;
· Develop the plant process description and assist control engineer in developing
the plant control philosophy along with cause & effect charts;
· Participate in technical meeting, Hazard and Operability (HAZOP) and Safety
Integrity Level (SIL) studies;
· Conducting Internal P&ID and design review meetings.
· Assist proposal, sales and project departments in all in-coming tender related to
EPC contractor for bids/ submittal and projects executions.
· On-site supervision with regards to projects under execution, installation,
commissioning, operation and inspection of all relevant equipment and
installation procedure as required by client and industry standard.
· Supplement and work with all department heads in implementing all projects
under AES scope and regulate new design with respect to all systems that
needs an upgrade and modifications as well as new projects for tender.
· Obtaining two 9COM for the company (Filtration system and Ionexchange)

· Designing of Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant equipment and systems.
· Preparing detail engineering :
o Design calculation
o P&ID
o PFD
o Hydraulic profile
o Equipment data sheets
o Equipment and Piping Plot plan
o Civil guide dwgs
o General arrangement dwgs
o Material take off and quantities.
o Valves schedule
o Equipment data sheets
o Cathodic protection (sacrificial anods).
o Technical meetings with client and consultant
o Follow up and troubleshooting of existing plant.

wastewater.
