* Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and mechanical and electrical systems 
* Experience using hand and electrical tools
* Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
* Very good communication and interpersonal skill

* Provide technical and engineering advice to the (directorate/section) manager.
* Participates in preventive maintenance operations in all maintenance levels.
* Performs troubleshooting, fault isolation and field maintenance repair for diesel generators and air conditioners for RSADF systems covered under the currently approved TAA.
* Functionally tests generators and air conditioning units after making repairs to assure compliance with design specifications and standards
