• Led IROPS response including rebooking, rerouting, and crisis communication, minimizing escalations through passenger-first
resolutions.
• Delivered VIP and First and Business Class experiences using Amadeus GDS and ALTEA DCS, receiving multiple formal
management recognition emails.
• Managed PRM wheelchair users and unaccompanied minors in full compliance with airline and regulatory requirements.
• Resolved baggage irregularities and collaborated with 40+ cross-functional team members across flight operations, security, and
airline representatives.
• Selected for Saudi Cruise Project, managing a full 6-month season of cruise terminal passenger operations and hospitality
coordination.
