• Prepare letters, correspondence, certificates, and circulars, etc. in Arabic and English
• Coordinate Director’s meetings and manage visitors
• Translate documents between Arabic and English
• Maintain confidentiality of information and uphold integrity of office
• Provide administrative & system support services to the director and department staff
• Manage and support the day to day operations of the Director office effectively through telephone and email communications
• Design and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for documentation
• Manage the correspondences with the investors and to address their concerns to the management
• Scheduling and managing all office expenses and claiming them through the general services
• Coordinating with employees on HR requests and leave tracking
• Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment and IT services
• Provide general support to guests
• Supervise and perform ad hoc administrative services as advised
• Prepare letters, reports, contracts, business/investment proposals in Arabic and English
• Translate documents between Arabic and English
• Prepare/review company’s contracts in Arabic and English ensuring the feasibility
• Coordinate various support services such as transportation, accommodation and catering, etc.
• Apply and issue various types of visas as per the company’s requirements
• Issue exit permits for the employees on behalf of the company
• Request and obtain permits, gate passes and vehicle pass, etc. from government authorities
• Co-ordinate with company PROs for government relations and submissions
• Attend meetings with internal and external parties in discussion of company’s project proceedings
• Assist in coordinating recruitment activities (Regulatory and system support)
• Update the staff on changes in the State’s rules and regulations where applicable.

• To lead the team of translators being accountable for timely delivery of works
• Manage the workflow and meet the timelines for deliverables
• Contact concerned verification sources for verifying educational qualification certificates
• Interact with domestic and international organization on verifying the work experience records
• Manage the workflow for sources located in the middle east where Arabic language is needed
• Make calls to middle east countries in Arabic for verifying the data in records
• Identify and capture relevant information from huge reports for updating Bloomberg Terminal
• Refer the Arabic financial statements in capturing the financial data for updating
• Get update of latest management information from annual reports published in Arabic
• Ensure the captured information has been updated in the system accurately
